What's your shipping policy?
We deliver across Morocco, and delivery is free on every order. You pay Cash on Delivery โ nothing upfront, you settle when your case arrives at your door. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days depending on your city.
Will I ever be charged more than I was quoted?
No. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If anything ever needs to change with your order, we'll call or email first to confirm โ never silently.
Can I get help designing a custom case?
Yes. Drop us a line at hello@mobo.case and a real human will help you turn your photo, sketch, or idea into a print-ready design โ usually within one business day.
What if my case arrives damaged or doesn't fit?
We'll replace it. Every order comes with a 14-day no-hassle return โ if anything's wrong with your case, send a photo and we'll print a new one and ship it free. No restocking fees, no fine print.
How accurate are the printed colors?
Very. We use direct-to-cover printing calibrated against the soft-touch shell so what you see in the studio is what arrives on the case. If a print ever drifts more than a tone or two from your design, we re-print on us.
